This page sets out the legal terms and conditions of service under which Anvil Designs sells all of its products listed on this website to you.
Orders
By placing an order through our website you confirm that you wish to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of our product. You will be asked to provide your payment information during the checkout process and confirm your order by paying the full sum indicated. To complete the order, a correct telephone number, email, and home address should be provided.
Our acceptance of your order will only take place upon receipt of full payment from you. If for whatever reason, we are unable to supply you with the items you ordered, your order will not be processed and we will notify you of this. You will be provided with a full refund as soon as reasonably possible if you have already paid for the item. The refund is generally processed using the method you used to make payment.
Delivery
Please note that depending on the size and weight of products ordered, and the delivery address, delivery charges differ. If we can not meet our estimated delivery date, we will contact you with a revised estimated date as soon as we can. When the order is ready to be delivered to your address, we will notify you. Our delivery person can contact you to arrange re-delivery if no one is present at the designated address at the time of delivery. Products can only be left to a third party with your express authority.
Products once delivered should be checked by the client before signing the delivery form. Should any damage be found on the products after the client’s inspection, reparations will be covered by the company. Once the delivery form has been signed by the client, no exchanges, or returns can be made. All risks associated with the item you ordered, including loss and/or damage to the products, shall pass to you once the delivery form has been signed. Alterations on delivered items are allowed but are subject to a surcharge.
Cancellation
You may contact us any time at +965 99173123 prior to your Order being marked as “Processed” to cancel or change it. If you do so, we will at your request cancel it free of charge and issue you with a full refund.
